• Opiant Pharmaceuticals (OPNT) up 33% after announcing top-line results from its confirmatory pharmacokinetic study for OPNT003, nasal nalmefene, for opioid overdose
• America Gold and Silver (USAS) up 6% after reporting that it has signed an agreement with the Mexican Ministries of Economy, Interior and Labor committing to a reopening at the Cosala Operations shut for over 17 months by an illegal blockade
• Immucell (ICCC) up 3% after reporting preliminary Q2 sales results 
• Allegheny Technologies (ATI) up 2% after reaching a tentative agreement for its labor contract with the United Steelworkers covering approximately 1,300 represented employees located primarily within the Advanced Alloys & Solutions segment
• OncoSec (ONCS) up 27% after entering into a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Merck (MRK) to evaluate the combination of OncoSec's DNA-plasmid interleukin-12 TAVO with Merck's anti-PD-1 therapy, Keytruda in a global Phase 3 randomized clinical trial
• Sunnova Energy (NOVA) up 4% after Raymond James analyst Pavel Molchanov upgraded shares to Strong Buy from Outperform with an unchanged price target of $50, citing the stock's "irrational" underperformance
